Andra Chow is currently an associate at the Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA), where she supports the development of capacity-building initiatives on green and sustainable finance that brings together government, regulatory bodies and the private sector to make tangible progress towards net zero transition.

With extensive hands-on experience in sustainability project and event management, Andra brings valuable expertise to her role. From 2020 to 2022, she served as a project executive at the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Summit (HKSES), dedicated to fostering cross-sector partnerships for social innovation and entrepreneurship. Prior to her tenure at HKSES, Andra worked as an intern at the United Nations Project Office on Governance in 2019 and the United Nations Office for Sustainable Development in 2018, both based in South Korea. During her internships, she assisted in organising high-level conferences and meetings that convened member states to discuss policymaking related to the UN’s sustainable development goals.

Andra’s work at HKGFA, HKSES and the UN has allowed her to engage in diverse environmental, social and governance (ESG) solutions to contemporary problems. Driven by her passion for ESG, she has obtained industry-recognised certificates in ESG Planning, ESG Reporting and Sustainable Finance.

Andra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University in Canada, with a concentration in public policy and legal studies. During her undergraduate years, she worked as a research assistant on a social science project exploring the barriers to social integration for Asian minorities in Canada.
