With SFC’s Strategy Framework for Green Finance and the updated Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX)’s Environment, Social, and Governance Guide for listed issuers which came into effect on 1 July 2020, the regulators have put further emphasis on this hit topic by requiring climate change-related disclosure from listed companies. This workshop will share what preparations should be taken for the new regulatory requirements and management of climate-related risks.
