Winnie Fan is Managing Director of Sustainable Finance and Deputy General Manager of Global Corporate Banking at Bank of China (Hong Kong). Winnie has been with Bank of China HK for over 25 years and has extensive banking experience in corporate banking, retail banking, trade bills, mainland branches and cross border business management etc. In her current position, Winnie is responsible for managing the financing and banking services for large-sized corporate clients. Her role is also to initiate and drive the green and sustainable finance business in corporate banking. Winnie represents Bank of China HK in joining the Banking-Financing The Transition Working Group of Hong Kong Green Finance Association, Green Commercial Banking Committee of Hong Kong Association of Banks, and Green Financial Standards Mutual Recognition working group of Greater Bay Area Green Finance Alliance.

Winnie received her Bachelor degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Hong Kong, Master degree in Finance from City University of Hong Kong and Executive Master degree in Business Administration from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
