He is a senior engineer, Registered Consulting Engineer, and the tutor of master’s degree in Civil Engineering College of Dalian University of Technology, as well as the  secretary general of China Smart Energy Industry Alliance of China Smart City Construction Investment (CSCCI), who is committed to providing one-step integrated solutions, such as policy research, standard formulation, green evaluation and international cooperation for the sustainable development of governments and enterprises from multiple dimensions in market-oriented trading of environmental rights and interests, climate think tank and green financial consultant. He was awarded the honorary titles of “2020 Advanced Worker in Energy Conservation Service Industry” by China Energy Conservation Association and “Advanced Individual in Energy Conservation” of Shenzhen.
