HKGFA is honored to be the knowledge partner to ReThink’s sustainable finance resources theater and co-curated two panels.

On 14 September ReThink HK 2023, HKGFA Deputy Secretary General Ms. Jenny Lee moderated the Panel on “Financing the Transition to Net-Zero“. Defining net zero pathways aligned to science-based targets is essential to enable the flow of capital to high carbon emitting sectors. The panel explored how financial institutions are evaluating, measuring and supporting their clients on their net zero journeys and practical considerations for companies integrating transition planning into their business model.

HKGFA also supported the line-up of another panel “Technology: A Catalyst for Sustainable Investing at Scale”. Huge thanks for HKGFA members’ support including Ms. Helena Fung to moderate the session, Mr. Kevin Ng and Ms. Debra Tan to join the panel with Mr. King Leung. Mr. Gabriel Wilson-Otto, Co-chair of HKGFA Product Innovation & Solutions Working Group.
