Chris joined Standard Chartered in 2011 and is responsible for the development of Carbon Markets strategy and product development for the Bank, including the infrastructure and platforms that support the Bank’s sustainable finance goals. The role requires close cooperation across the business and externally to onboard new carbon market products and participate in new markets as they develop. Chris is a member of the CIX management team, supports SCB’s Group CEO, Bill Winters, in his role as Chair of the Taskforce for Scaling the Voluntary Carbon Markets (TSVCM), to which he was recently elected as a member of the board of the newly established Governance Body, as well as leads the SMI FSTF carbon markets working group and serves as a member of the CPLC’s Advisory Group. Chris’s experience in the commodity markets spans over 25 years in origination, sales and trading. At Standard Chartered, he built up the Bank’s energy risk management platform, providing services for state-owned and merchant refiners, oil producers, airlines, utilities and shipping companies.

Previously Chris was with Barclays where he was Global Head of Environmental Markets Sales and before that at Merrill Lynch where he traded power, gas and set up their carbon emissions trading desk. He was a founder member of the Carbon Markets and Investors Association (CMIA) and was the Chairman of Power Trading Forum a division of the Futures and Options Association (FOA). He also worked as a base metals trader for several years before moving to energy. Chris has a strong understanding of commodity trade flows, managing price risk and working with clients across commodities

Over the last 18 years I have had the privilege of being a part of pioneering efforts around the world that have led to sustainability evolving unto the value-creating and critical enabler of long-term business success it is recognized as being today.

I focus on simplifying issues, encouraging ownership and creating shared value so that sustainability, governance and risk management are truly integrated across an organization.  This approach led to the launch of “Business as Mutual”, an ecosystem-centric playbook outlining how businesses formalize, transform and achieve goals to create and realize value across its value chain, demonstrating true sustainability.

As a member of the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative’s (UNEPFI) Investment Commission, and co-chair of its Property Working Group, I steer the group’s efforts on contemporary global business issues including developing TCFD-compliant reporting methodologies, measuring positive impact and, most recently, COVID-response risks and opportunities.

I believe in nurturing future generations of sustainability professionals and do this as an adjunct associate professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology where I teach post-graduate courses in environmental policy and direct a research team focused on quantifying the value of corporate sustainability.

Dr. Kwan earned a BS in Business Administration and Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside, Master and Doctorate degrees in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, an EMBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and HKUST.

Helena于2014年从作为ESG投资重要枢纽的伦敦迁往香港，此前供职于Hermes Investment Management的投资团队，担任全球客户关系主管，使        养老金和资产经理能够将可持续性标准融入被动式和积极式投资组合中。在加入 富时罗素之前，Helena曾任职于亚洲一家家族办公室，担任投资专家，其职责    包括ESG整合、股权分析和慈善事业。自2008年以来，她一直担任ESG和     可持续发展投资方面的专家，包括为养老金和家族办公室客户提供管理执行方面的咨询研究，起草可行的投资政策，并将可持续性政策整合到主动式和被动式投资组合中。

Ian Drew is currently Interim Regional Head of Risk Strategy for Asia Pacific at HSBC, a role which provides him with responsibility for Risk Frameworks, Risk Appetite, Macroeconomic Risk and Climate Risk across the region.

Following his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Oxford University, and training as a Chartered Accountant with one of the Big 4 Firms, Ian entered banking in 1993. Initially working within the front office on the financing of environmental, social, transport and energy infrastructure in mature and emerging markets in Europe and Latin America, he moved to a wholesale credit risk role in Europe, focusing on the resources and energy, transportation and construction and building materials sectors. This latter role included responsibility for Sustainability Risk in Europe. In recent years, Ian moved to Asia in 2011 and has had wholesale credit roles and regional oversight and governance roles since that time.

Meng Meng, master of Environmental Management from Xiamen University, served as the Secretary-General of Guangdong Green Finance Committee, the 10th People’s Political Consultative Conference Member of Huadu District Guangzhou, as well as the president of both Guangzhou Carbon Emissions Exchange Co., Ltd.(CEEX) and Guangzhou Green Industry Investment Fund Management Co., ltd. She possesses years of working experience in low-carbon environmental protection field and has intimate knowledge of current situation and development trends of green industries such as low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection, etc. She is conversant with carbon pricing theory and has participated in constructing and operating CEEX. She has also engaged in several research projects of national, provincial and municipal level, making great contribution to advancing Guangdong carbon emissions trading market as the largest regional carbon market in China and accumulating precious experience in exploring market-oriented means of energy saving and emissions reduction as well as promoting the construction of green financial system.

Mr Chan is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a former President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Before joining the Government, Mr Chan held a number of public service positions including member of the Legislative Council and Chairman of Legal Aid Services Council.

Mr Chan served as Secretary for Development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government from July 2012 to January 2017. He was appointed Financial Secretary on 16 January, 2017.

Pratima Divgi is leading CDP’s regional efforts in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand since 2019. In her role as Director, she engages with corporates, capital markets, policy and subnational governments in their efforts to measure and manage climate and environmental impact.

In her previous career, Pratima spent 17 years in finance, most recently in private equity with Aberdeen Standard Investments. Besides her investment role at Aberdeen Standard, she was also part of the private equity environmental, social and governance (ESG) working group which involved formulation of the ESG policy and leading the policy implementation for Asia-Pacific private equity investments.

Pratima remains an active member of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association (HKVCA) and represents CDP on the Private Equity as well as ESG Disclosure and Integration working groups at the Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA).

Sammie Leung is a Partner of ESG Services in PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong. As the subject matter expert, she has long been engaged in ESG and climate change related issues. With a team of 400+ ESG professionals, the nationwide practice offers key services: Sustainable Finance, Responsible Investment, Climate Change & Sustainable Value Chains.

Sammie assists corporate clients in setting science-based target, decarbonisation strategy design and implementation.

She also supports clients start or enhance their Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) journey by through identification of climate-related risks, performing science-based scenario analysis, measuring, and disclosing corresponding financial impacts.

余偉文先生於2019年10月1日起出任香港金融管理局總裁。他於1986年加入香港政府為政務主任，其後於1993年加入當時新成立的金管局，一年後擢升處長。他於2001年獲委任為助理總裁，並於2007年獲委任為副總裁，直至出任現職。

余先生在金管局先後負責不同範疇的工作。任職副總裁期間，他負責儲備管理、研究事務、對外事務以及市場發展，推動了多項重要金融政策和項目。余先生積極參與了金融危機的應對工作，並在優化聯繋匯率制度的過程中擔當重要角色。

向君浩負責亞太區的可融資自然解決方案，推動具潛力拓展及能獲融資的可持續發展項目，為環境及社會帶來積極影響。他的工作包括領導荷蘭氣候與發展基金（Dutch Fund for Climate and Development）項目以及世界自然基金會的淡水環境融資項目。

向君浩共同創立了名為「氣候影響亞洲基金」的長倉股票基金，亦是該基金投資顧問委員會成員。除此之外，他還為機構投資者、貸方及承銷商提供諮詢，針對氣候變化與環境問題相關的金融經濟風險與機遇給予建議。

加入世界自然基金會以前，向君浩在金融行業從事了17年，為機構投資者提供股票以及股票衍生品的相關諮詢服務。他於1997年加入紐約的美林證券，開始了他的投資銀行事業。向君浩自2004年以來一直定居於香港，先後加入法國巴黎銀行及富瑞集團。向君浩畢業於紐約克拉克森大學（Clarkson University）。

Elaine joined the International Affairs and Sustainable Finance team at the CEO’s Office of Securities and Futures Commission in June 2020.

Prior to joining the Commission, she spent over 8 years at MSCI Hong Kong and has a total of 20 years in financial services with private sector firms. Throughout her career, Elaine has focused on investment risk management, taking on roles ranging from product development, client consulting and client implementation. In 2015, she crossed over into the greenfield of ESG to drive MSCI ESG Research’s business development efforts across Asia ex-Japan.

Elaine is an alumnus of both Singapore Management University (M.Sc. Applied Finance) and National University of Singapore (B.Eng. Chemical).

房偉權博士是世界資源研究所（美國）北京代表處副首席代表。他擁有馬來西亞工藝大學城市與區域規劃學士學位以及日本豐橋技術科學大學環境工程碩士和工學博士學位。在加入世界資源研究所之前，他在日本建設技研國際株式會社擔任一級工程師，工作期間曾在亞洲多個國家開展過項目，其中包括中國、日本、馬來西亞、巴基斯坦以及菲律賓等。在此之前，他在馬來西亞工作多年，主要從事城市與區域規劃、環境管理以及環境影響評價方面的工作。

朱伟卿，上海宝碳董事长兼CEO，杜伦大学市场营销硕士、低碳经济师，中国节能协会碳中和委员会副秘书长，中国与全球化研究中心常务理事。最早参加中国碳交易的低碳行业领航者之一，长期致力于打造从碳资产开发和管理到碳交易与碳金融的完整产业链。多次作为中国低碳行业企业家代表受邀参加全球气候变化大会、达沃斯世界经济论坛等国际会议并发表演讲。

朱雋賢（Jonathan Drew）為滙豐銀行常務總監兼環球銀行環境、社會及管治方案組主管。 Jonathan 畢業于英國劍橋大學並持有經濟學碩士位，同時具備特許會計師從業資格。 Jonathan於20多年前在倫敦開始了銀行生涯，在快速發展的拉丁美洲工作並在中東參與大規模專案資本交易後，他於1997年開始在香港工作，親眼見證了亞洲尤其是中國的第一手經濟快速增長。在此期間，他曾參與諸多跨領域的基礎設施方面的成功交易，包括為客戶從源頭到消費生產點提供能源及資源的專案，集中服務於社會及教育領域的基礎設施建設專案，旨在提高資源效率和項目可持續發展性。這些交易涉及廣泛的金融市場、創新結構和定制產品，包括綠色債券和可持續發展融資，以便滿足客戶龐大而獨特的需求。 近年來，Jonathan更負責為企業和機構客戶結構和執行可持續發展債券、貸款和其他融資方案，並與跨部門同事合作創造可持續發展投資機會。 Jonathan 是香港綠色金融協會執行委員會的成員，也是亞太貸款市場協會綠色和可持續貸款委員會的主席。

Olivier Menard 為法國外貿銀行亞太區綠色及可持續發展中心主管。Olivier 常駐香港。

Olivier 於 2020 年 10 月在巴黎加入綠色與可持續發展中心，擔任高級跨資產發起人，然後於 2021 年 7 月遷回亞太地區。他於歐洲、中東和非洲以及亞太區為客戶提供能源和金屬商品諮詢及融資服務的經驗達 20 多年。

Olivier 於 2001 年加入法國外貿銀行，專責上海分行的企業銀行業務。2004 年，他加入能源和自然資源部門，駐巴黎及香港專門從事商品結構及貿易融資。出任現職前，Olivier 為駐巴黎的高級銀行家，為能源和金屬行業的大型商品貿易公司提供諮詢和融資諮詢服務。

Olivier 擁有法國諾歐商學院企業金融管理學碩士學位。

Ashley is the Chief Executive Officer of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong. He was first appointed in October 2011. In May 2016, Ashley was elected as Chair of the Board of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), and was re-elected for a further two-year term in June 2020.

Ashley was previously Chair of the IOSCO Asia-Pacific Regional Committee and Vice Chair of the IOSCO Board. Ashley has represented IOSCO as a member of the Financial Stability Board Steering Committee and Plenary since his election as IOSCO Board Chair.

Ashley started his career as a lawyer in London in 1984. He moved to Hong Kong in 1989 with the international law firm Herbert Smith, practicing corporate and business law. He was Executive Director of Corporate Finance at the SFC from 2001 to 2004, before returning to Herbert Smith, where he became head of the firm’s Asia Region.

王春新博士1991年畢業於廈門大學，獲經濟學博士學位。八十年代中後期在中國福建省政府擔任決策咨詢研究工作，負責制定經濟發展戰略、設計經濟改革方案以及研究解決經濟發展問題。1993年初起任中國銀行港澳管理處經濟研究部經濟研究員，主要從事經濟分析工作，同時兼任銀行發展策略研究。2003-2009年進入香港特區政府中央政策組，先後擔任高級研究主任及首席研究主任。現職為中銀香港經濟與政策研究主管，兼任全國港澳研究會理事、香港中文大學商學院榮譽研究員。

甘露穎是匯豐亞太區可持續發展債券主管，主要負責可持續發展金融的構建和推廣工作。露穎曾在倫敦從事銀行和資本市場方面的工作多年，一直在可持續發展金融的最前沿，曾為世界各地的工商企業，金融機構和政府發行綠色，社會和可持續發展和可持續發展掛鉤債券及貸款。

露穎曾參與多個里程碑式的綠色金融交易，包括香港，馬蘭西亞和韓國政府的綠色和可持續發展債券，建設銀行可持續發展掛鉤債券和麥格理銀行綠色貸款。

在加入2013年加入匯豐銀行前，露穎曾在摩根士丹利和安永從事結構產品估值工作。

甘露穎擁有倫敦政治經濟學院( London School of Economics and Political Science) 社會經濟學碩士學位和中山大學金融學學士學位。

甘露穎在2011 年成為註冊金融分析師，在2009年成為註冊會計師。

范頴如女士任職中銀香港環球企業金融部副總經理、可持續業務發展總監(公司金融)。范女士加入中銀香港超過25年並在不同業務領域包括公司金融、個人金融、押匯業務、內地分行及跨境金融管理等累積豐富經驗。范女士目前負責管理大型企業客戶的融資與銀行業務需求，同時負責統籌推動企業客戶的綠色及可持續發展業務。范女士代表中銀香港參與香港綠色金融協會的綠色及可持續銀行工作組、香港銀行公會的綠色商業銀行委員會。

范頴如持有香港大學經濟及統計雙學士學位、香港城市大學財務學碩士學位、香港中文大學行政人員工商管理碩士學位。

葉招桂芳是 PwC 羅兵咸永道的高級顧問,專責於政府事務、ESG 環境、社會和管治及粵港澳大灣區金融服務。葉太於2021 年 6 月 30 日從 PwC 退休,完成逾 30 年的專業生涯。

葉太在 2018 年 7 月被委任為香港太平紳士。退休前,葉太在 PwC 曾經擔任的領導職能包括: 亞太區金融服務部和資產及財富管理服務部稅務主管、中國私募股權
基金管理稅務主管、中國金融服務部稅務主管,以及環球金融稅務領導成員。

葉太曾是香港金融發展局非官方委員 (2013-2019),她同時也曾是金融發展局拓新業務小組的召集人。葉太在金融發展局的六年領導了多個工作小組,就金融業不同板塊包括保險、銀行及資產/基金管理業改革,及如何支持及弘揚香港作為一帶一路“超級聯繫人”的角色提供政策及法規的建議。葉太帶領普華永道大灣區金融服務小組積極參予大灣區的金融服務機遇。

PwC 是 2016 B20“金融促進增長工作政策報告”的知識夥伴,葉太領導稅務政策工作小組及提交建議。有關建議在中國作為 G20 主辦國的公告中被採納。

葉太是英國及韋爾斯特許會計師公會、英國稅務學會、香港會計師公會及香港稅務學會的會員,也是澳門註冊會計師。

葉太在澳門出生,她的專業始於英國倫敦,在獲取特許會計師及特許稅務師專業資格後,葉太曾在倫敦交易所工作,後回香港工作。葉太畢業於英國帝國學院,取得計算機科學學士。

許懷志先生任職香港金融管理局（金管局）市場發展處主管，主要負責金管局提升香港作為國際金融中心競爭力的工作。加入金管局之前，許先生曾任香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會（證監會）投資產品部的高級經理，專責零售基金和創新零售投資產品的監管政策。在證監會任職期間，許先生曾被借調到國際證券事務監察委員會組織秘書處，負責全球場外衍生品市場改革。

許淑嫺為香港交易所綠色及可持續發展金融主管，負責制定香港交易所的綠色和可持續發展融資計劃。現擔任綠色和可持續金融跨機構督導小組旗下的市場發展工作小組及碳市場工作小組聯席主席；財務匯報局名譽顧問團及查察委員會成員；香港會計師公會專業監管監督委員會和可持續發展委員會的成員。

郏京炜先生在瑞再企商保险有限公司担任大中华区首席执行官，负责中国内地、香港、台湾和澳门市场。他在瑞士再保险集团服务15余年，并在伦敦，纽约、北京、新加坡、上海等多个重要市场担任过不同的高级管理职位。

郏先生于2013年从再保险业务线调任瑞再企商亚洲总部，负责亚洲范围内的收购合并。他曾是2015年收购并成立瑞再企商中国项目的负责人。

郏京炜于毕业于伦敦政治经济学院。

鄧業煒現任新世界發展有限公司和K11 Concepts的可持續發展主管，創立專屬部門後， 負責為集團的香港及內地業務制定和推動 「新世界2030可持續發展願景」、領導可持續金融項目、成立位於K11 MUSEA的Nature Discovery Park並協助創立亞洲首個以聯合國可持續發展目標為主導的初創企業加速計劃 — Impact Kommons。鄧業煒亦被委任參與香港特別行政區政府環境運動委員會及低碳綠色科研基金評審委員會。

鄧業煒擁有美國哥倫比亞大學環境科學及政策公共事務碩士學位，是全方位的可持續發展實踐者，同時也是一名合資格的康體教練和WELL建築標準®認證人員。

Ruizhao Chen (Francis), CFA, Green Finance Senior Manager, Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. (CIB)

Francis is a senior manager at Industrial Bank （CIB）working on green finance. His responsibility includes environmental and social risk management (the Equator Principles evaluation) and green finance product innovation. He has been actively participating in the issuance, management and investor engagement of Industrial Bank’s over 100 billion RMB worth onshore and offshore green bonds. He also contributes to in-house research, professional knowledge support and external partnership engagement in green finance. He holds a BA and a MA degree from Brandeis University, as well as a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Columbia University. He is a CFA Charter holder.

Professor Christine Loh is the Chief Development Strategist, Institute for the Environment at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is also Visiting Professor at the Anderson School of Management, UCLA. Professor Loh is a lawyer by training and a commodities trader by profession. She also has a long career in public policy starting in the 1980s. She has been a legislator in Hong Kong, was the CEO of the non-profit think tank Civic Exchange, and was the Undersecretary for the Environment (2012-17), where she first championed green finance. She is an Advisor to the Hong Kong Green Finance Association, and a board member of CDP Worldwide. Her other commitments weave between academia, industry and philanthropy, such as being a board member of the Global Maritime Forum. member of BASF’s Stakeholder Advisory Council, as well as HSBC’s Climate Advisory Panel. She is also a Director of the Robert HN Ho Family Foundation. Loh is the author of many academic and popular works, ranging from history and politics to urban issues and the environment. She is a sought after speaker and moderator of meetings.

馬駿博士現任中國金融學會綠色金融專業委員會主任，北京綠色金融與可持續發展研究院院長，G20可持續金融工作組聯席主席，原中國人民銀行貨幣政策委員會委員。作為綠色和可持續金融領域的領軍人物，馬駿博士還擔任聯合國環境署可持續金融特別顧問、北京綠色金融協會會長、“一帶一路”綠色投資原則指導委員會共同主席、可持續金融國際平台（IPSF）可持續金融標準工作組共同主席、央行與監管機構綠色金融網絡（NGFS）監管工作組主席、香港綠色金融協會主席兼會長等許多公益職務。

馬駿博士於2017-2020年任清華大學國家金融研究院綠色金融發展研究中心和金融與發展研究中心主任。 2014-2017年，馬駿博士在擔任中國人民銀行研究局首席經濟學家期間，牽頭起草了中國的綠色金融指導意見，並推動形成了G20平台下的全球綠色金融共識。 2000-2013年，任德意志銀行大中華區首席經濟學家、首席投資策略師、董事總經理。 1992-2000年間，曾任世界銀行高級經濟學家和國際貨幣基金組織經濟學家。 1988-1990年，在中國國務院發展研究中心擔任研究人員。馬駿博士出版了十幾部著作和發表了數百篇關於宏觀經濟、貨幣政策、環境經濟學和綠色金融方面的文章，近年的專著和主持的研究包括《中國國家資產負債表研究》、《人民幣走出國門之路》、《PM2.5減排的經濟政策》、《構建中國綠色金融體系》、《新貨幣政策框架下的利率傳導機制》、《國際綠色金融發展與案例》等。

黃翠芝是渣打銀行的大中華及北亞地區可持續金融主管，專注推動渣打在區內的可持續金融策略，發展新的產品和業務方案，加強將環境、社會和企業管治的考慮元素融入銀行的業務決策當中，並為客戶物色可持續金融的業務機遇。黃翠芝亦是香港綠色金融協會副會長及副秘書長，HK2050isNow綠色建築項目資深顧問, 香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會氣候變化技術小組成員。

在加入渣打銀行之前，黃翠芝在摩根大通、瑞穗國際、巴克萊資本以及法國巴黎銀行等，主要在倫敦和香港兩地從事各種固定收益和複雜結構性產品，在有關方面擁有超過16年金融市場經驗。

黃翠芝畢業於牛津大學賽義德社會金融商學院，取得國際金融及資本市場理學碩士學位及文學學士學位，並獲得財資市場公會（HKTMA）認證會員資格。

黄杰夫是AEX控股公司（香港）的创始人。从2010年到2016年，他任美国洲际交易所ICE大中华区董事总经理。从2005年到2010年，他任芝加哥气候交易所（CCX）亚洲副总裁，参与了CCX同中石油集团合资组建的天津排放权交易所的谈判、创立和经营。2017年，重庆市政府聘任他为重庆天然气交易中心筹建期的首席顾问。他在美国有十多年的跨国并购和期货市场的经验，所涉及的领域包括交易所、期货公司、金融软件基础设施等。他作为外聘专家，曾数次为中国证监会（CSRC）执笔撰写了有关中国期货市场基础建设的技术报告。他应邀在美国外交关系委员会（Council on Foreign Relations）、伍德鲁·威尔逊中心、约翰斯·霍普金斯大学、芝加哥大学、纽约大学、北京大学、清华大学、长江商学院等机构和高校就国际、国内碳市场和中国期货市场的发展演讲和举办讲座。他是财新网的专栏作家。他毕业于北京外交学院（硕士）。
