The HKUST’s Climate Adaptation and Resilience Conference 2022 (CARE2022) was successfully held on 10-12 December 2022 (Saturday and Monday), where Ms. Jenny Lee, HKGFA Under Secretary General, Mr. Jim Taylor (Senior Director – Planning & Development, CLP Power), Mr. Jason Tu (Co-Founder and CEO, MioTech), Ms. Benedicte Nolens (Head, BIS Innovation Hub) and Mr. John Lo (Founder, Asia Carbon Institute), spoke at Panel 2 “Risks, Disclosure, Trading and Talent” of the “Policy & Green Finance Forum” on 12 December 2022 (Day 3), moderated by Prof. Grace Hui (Adjunct Professor, HKUST Division of Environment and Sustainability).

The panel covered topics of climate risks, I&T, policy, and the financing aspects of climate change, including talent training and capacity building.
