HKGFA is a strong supporter of the Cyberport Venture Capital Forum with Ms. Jenny Lee, Deputy Secretary General, Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA) moderating the panel “How Technology and Emerging Data Allow Us to Navigate Into Extreme Weather and Eventually Support The Development of Transition Finance” on 1 November.

Jenny spoke alongside fellow panelists Ms. Vivi Hu, Co-founder & CEO, YoujiVest Technology; Dr. Florian M Spiegl, Founder & CEO, EVIDENT; Ms. Serena Mak, Executive Director, Sustainable Finance, Institutional Banking Group, DBS Bank (Hong Kong), and Mr. Ben Wong, General Manager, Technology Innovation, New World Development Company Limited.

Speakers discussed the convergence of technology, emerging data, and extreme weather navigation and their collective impact on the development of Transition finance. HKGFA will continue our support to the ambition in developing Hong Kong as an International Green Tech & Green Fi Hub with our members through our Green Technology, Data & Infrastructure Workstream under the Product Innovation and Solutions Working Group.
