The Hong Kong Economic Journal (HKEJ) published their first Chinese Featured Article in their ESG Article Series: ‘ESG – Master the Future Now – Regulation Edition’ (「ESG-現在掌握未來」– 監管篇) on 27 July 2020 (Monday) interviewing Mr. Christopher Hui, Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury at the Government of the HKSAR, and Mr. Stephen Wong, Deputy Executive Director, Our Hong Kong Foundation.

Speakers include Mr. Christopher Hui, who elaborated on how the government is determined to motivate ESG and to raise public awareness on the advantage of ESG development in Hong Kong. Mr. Stephen Wong, HKGFA Policy Working Group Co-Chair, also spoke about the urgency for the government to provide more support for Hong Kong to leap onto the international standards for ESG development.
