This report provides an in-depth analysis of the state of sustainable finance in Southeast Asia (SEA) and the Greater Bay Area (GBA), complemented by a targeted survey of listed companies to understand the drivers, barriers, and outlook for sustainability investment. Together, the findings illustrate how the region is becoming central to global climate finance flows and highlight opportunities for Hong Kong to reinforce its role as an international green finance hub.
