In relations to COP26, Dr. Ma Jun, Our Chairman and President, HKGFA; as well as Mr. Ben McQuhae, our Special Advisor to Chairman and Vice President, joined in a discussion alongside green finance veterans from the Unpacking COP26 Finance Day, Global Reactions event held on 4th November 2021.

This event is focused on drawing conclusions from the COP26 Private Finance Hub day, which was held on the 3rd November and what these announcements mean for financial centres and actors within, including policy makers,  regulators and market actors. Discussions are aligned with the COP26 Private Finance Hub pillars – risk management, climate disclosure and reporting, returns, and mobilisation of capital.

The event was organised by UNDP Financial Centres for Sustainability (FC4S) and UNDP Sustainable Insurance Forum (SIF).
